From 15th to 18th January, we challenged our team’s development knowledge, not only in software (which is our main “language”), but also in soft skills, where we learned more about improving communication and collaboration within multi-generational teams.
“Generational gap” isn’t such a buzz word now, and we realize how lucky we are to have diversity in our team.
