Over the past 3 years, I have worked on variuos projects that have decisively contributed to my professional evolution. I joined in my second year of college, at the age of 21, not knowing much about software. I heard about NetRom, went for an interview, and the adventure began. I started as a Test Engineer while continuing my studies, and later transitioned into programming. Years passed, and I matured both professionally and personally. Before coming to NetRom, I read a lot of theoretical concepts about Quality Assurance, but I had zero experience in the field. There were many aspects that seemed very logical to me, but I couldn’t relate them to anything practical, I didn’t see them applied.
